  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan, trimming any excess.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the crust.

  4. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, bacon, and shredded lettuce on top of the mayonnaise mixture.

  5. Place the tart in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
