Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Sliced almonds, for garnish
  • Icing sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan.

  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, butter, egg, and almond extract. Mix well.

  3. Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam over the bottom of the tart pan.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt. Add to the almond mixture and mix until a dough forms.

  5. Press the dough evenly into the tart pan, covering the raspberry jam.

  6. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of the tart.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Allow the tart to cool before removing it from the pan.

  9. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
