- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup of almond meal
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp of almond extract
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 4 ripe apricots, sliced

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Roll out puff pastry and transfer to a tart pan.
