How To Make No-Bake Raspberry Pudding Pie
This raspberry pudding pie recipe is a hassle-free way to satisfy your sweet pie cravings.
Ingredients
- 3.9 oz instant vanilla pudding mix, (1 package)
- 1½ cups milk, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, (9 inches)
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 1 cup raspberries
For Garnish:
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and vanilla.
- Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for two minutes then pour over the pie crust.
- Spread whipped cream over the filling.
- Place the raspberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
