How To Make Birthday Cake Pie

Make celebrations sweeter with this birthday cake pie! It’s made with a no-bake filling of vanilla pudding and confetti sprinkles for a creamy dessert.

  • 1deep dish pie crust
  • 1cupheavy cream
  • ¾cupvanilla cake mix
  • 3.4ozinstant vanilla pudding mix
  • cupsmilk,cold
  • 3tbspconfetti sprinkles


  1. Bake the pie crust at 375 degrees F in a pie pan for 18 to 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.

  2. Add the heavy cream to a stand mixer on high speed, then mix for 1 to 2 minutes until they reach stiff peaks.

  3. Add in the cake mix, then mix until stiff peaks form for about 2 minutes more.

  4. In a large bowl, add the pudding mix and milk, then let thicken for 5 minutes.

  5. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mix, then finally fold in confetti sprinkles.

  6. Spread the pudding filling into pie crust, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  7. Serve chilled, and enjoy!
