How To Make Easy Chicken Pot Pie
A quick and easy recipe for chicken pot pie that could certainly satisfy even the pickiest eaters! Easily made in under an hour, this simple pot pit has the creaminess from a blend of chicken and celery soup for that depth of flavor, then mixed in with chicken chunks, mixed vegetables, and water chestnuts for that extra boost.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup cream of celery soup
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 cup water chestnuts, sliced
Topping:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
- Boil chicken. Mix all ingredients together in casserole.
- Mix topping ingredients and spread over top of chicken mixture.
