How To Make White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

This batch of sweet white chocolate butterscotch cookies is moist with a rich, buttery taste that goes well with white chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • ½cupbutter,softened
  • ½cupsugar
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • cupsall purpose flour
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • ½cupbutterscotch chips
  • ½cupwhite chocolate chip
  • ¼tspsalt
  • 2tspvanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Mix sugars, butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.

  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, white chocolate, and butterscotch until it becomes firm.

  4. Scoop onto a greased baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 10 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
