How To Make Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

These chocolate chip cookie cups are stuffed with tasty Oreos for a sweeter treat! Whip up this sweet treat in just under 30 minutes.

Total: 24 minutes



  • 18Oreo cookies
  • chocolate frosting,optional

For Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:

  • ½cupshortening
  • ½cupbutter
  • 1cupbrown sugar,packed
  • ½cupwhite sugar
  • ½tspbaking soda
  • 2eggs
  • 1tspvanilla
  • cupsflour
  • 2cupschocolate chips


  1. Beat the shortening, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and baking soda for 1 minute with an electric mixer until combined.

  2. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.

  3. Beat in the flour ½ cup at a time using the mixer, then stir in any remaining flour and the chocolate chips.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  5. Line the wells in a muffin pan with cupcake wrappers.

  6. Add the cookie dough to the bottom of each well until about ⅓ full, then press down.

  7. Add 1 Oreo in each well if using a large muffin pan.

  8. Top each well to approximately ¾ full with the remaining cookie dough.

  9. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until the edges and tops are lightly browned. Do not over bake.

  10. Cool completely.

  11. Serve drizzled with chocolate frosting, and enjoy!
