
How To Make Confetti Corn Dip
This easy-to-make corn dip is mixed with a variety of fresh and crisp veggies like bell peppers, tomato, olives, and more, for a scrumptious snack!

- 4ozcream cheese,softened
- â…”cupsour cream
- â…”cupmayonnaise
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ¼tspsmoked paprika
- 2cupscorn
- 1cuppepper jack cheese,shredded
- 1orange pepper,diced
- 1tomato,seeded, diced
- 1jalapeno,seeded, diced
- ¼cupblack olives,chopped
- ¼cupred onion,diced
- 2tbspfresh cilantro,or parsley, chopped
- 1tspchili powder
Instructions

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and smoked paprika with a mixer on medium speed until fluffy.

Fold in the corn, pepper jack cheese, orange pepper, tomato, jalapeno, olives, onion, cilantro, and chili powder.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.
