- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning)
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, minced habanero peppers, salt, and pepper.
-
Thread the chicken and pineapple onto skewers, alternating between each.
-
Brush the olive oil and honey mixture onto the skewers, making sure to coat each piece of chicken and pineapple.

-
Serve hot, garnished with extra slices of habanero peppers and fresh cilantro, if desired.
