How To Make Watermelon Mint Sorbet

Ingredients
- 4lbwatermelonseeded and scooped into big chunks
- 1½tbspraw turbinado sugar
- 3limes juice
- 3tbspwhite rum
- pinch sea salt
- 1tbspmintplus 1 tsp, chopped
Instructions

Toss the watermelon chunks, sugar, lime juice and rum in a blender.

Blend the watermelon mixture.

Add the mint, then blend until the mint is chopped into large flecks.

Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, then process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for a few hours.
