
How To Make Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 4 tbsp of creamy peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions

Spread peanut butter on four slices of bread. Top with sliced bananas and cover with remaining four slices of bread.

In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from skillet and serve with maple syrup.
