Ingredients

  • 2 cups shishito peppers
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, honey, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, and salt.

  3. Add the shishito peppers to the bowl and toss until well coated.

  4. Place the marinated peppers into the air fryer basket.

  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the peppers are blistered and slightly charred.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
