- 4 large buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb pork sausage
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly.
