Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.

  4. Dip chicken breasts into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture.

  5. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large pot to 350°F.

  6. Fry chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

  7. Place the biscuits in the oven to warm while the chicken is frying.

  8. Assemble the chicken biscuits by placing a chicken breast on top of a biscuit.
