- 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

Add the grated potatoes to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.

Preheat a waffle iron and brush with melted butter.
