  • 4 cups grated potatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


  1. Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well coated.

  4. Divide the potato mixture evenly onto the preheated waffle iron. Close the lid and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve the hash brown waffles hot with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, bacon, or cheese.
