How To Make Waffles

Waffles are a breakfast staple. Have your fill of waffles with this simple recipe.

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. sugar (or sugar substitute)
  1. Put all ingredients in the blender until well mixed.
  2. Make sure waffle iron is hot and spray with oil before pouring batter on iron.
  3. Makes 6 waffles.
  4. Children always like to add their own ingredients such as fruit or chocolate chips and of course don’t forget the whipped cream on the top to finish.
