Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- ½ cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ Tbsp. sugar, or sugar substitute
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the blender until well mixed.
- Make sure waffle iron is hot and spray with oil before pouring batter on iron.
- Makes 6 waffles.
- Children always like to add their own ingredients such as fruit or chocolate chips and of course don't forget the whipped cream on the top to finish.
