How To Make Fluffy Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients
- 2cupswhole wheat flour,spoon and leveled
- 3tspbaking powder
- ½tspground cinnamon
- ¼tspsalt
- 2large eggs,room temperature
- 6tbspunsalted butter,melted, slightly cooled
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 1¾cupsbuttermilk
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the waffle maker on medium-high heat.

Whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl.

Whisk the eggs, butter, brown sugar, buttermilk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until combined. Pour into the dry ingredients and whisk until combined and no large lumps remain.

Pour ⅓ cup of the batter into each well of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook the waffles until golden brown and crisp for 5 to 6 minutes.
