- 2cupswhole wheat flour,spoon and leveled
- 3tspbaking powder
- ½tspground cinnamon
- ¼tspsalt
- 2large eggs,room temperature
- 6tbspunsalted butter,melted, slightly cooled
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 1¾cupsbuttermilk
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the waffle maker on medium-high heat.

Whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl.

Whisk the eggs, butter, brown sugar, buttermilk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until combined. Pour into the dry ingredients and whisk until combined and no large lumps remain.

Pour â…“ cup of the batter into each well of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook the waffles until golden brown and crisp for 5 to 6 minutes.
