How To Make Eggnog Waffles

Use up your leftover eggnog to make some scrumptious eggnog waffles for breakfast! Whip up a plate of these in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1tspbaking powder
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • 1tspsalt
  • 2cupseggnog
  • 2eggs,beaten
  • 4tbspbutter,melted

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.

  2. Add the eggnog, eggs, and butter, then mix well.

  3. Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  4. Pour ¼ of the batter into the preheated iron, then cook for 5 minutes, until the waffle is crisp and golden.

  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  6. Serve with maple syrup, and enjoy!
