Ingredients
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1tspbaking powder
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- 2cupseggnog
- 2eggs,beaten
- 4tbspbutter,melted
Instructions

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.

Add the eggnog, eggs, and butter, then mix well.

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Pour ¼ of the batter into the preheated iron, then cook for 5 minutes, until the waffle is crisp and golden.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve with maple syrup, and enjoy!
