  • 5eggs
  • 2tbspheavy whipping cream
  • 1tspsalt
  • ½tspground black pepper
  • 1cupswiss cheese,shredded
  • 4ozblack forest ham,chopped
  • ¼cupgreen onions,finely chopped


  1. Spray or lightly grease a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

  2. Beat the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Pour the eggs into the heated skillet, swirling the skillet to coat the bottom. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes until the eggs are firm.

  4. Top with Swiss cheese, ham, and green onions. Fold the omelet in half over fillings, then cook for 2 minutes more.
