How To Make Western Omelet
- 32 oz hash brown potatoes (frozen )
- 10 oz lean ham (cubed)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded )
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 14 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp pepper (to taste)
In a 4-5 quart crockpot, layer in the following order: 1/3 each of hash browns, ham, onion and cheese. Repeat layers 2 times.
Beat together milk, eggs, salt and pepper.Â
Pour over the layers in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours before serving.
