
How To Make Savory and Cheesy Omelet
Breakfast has never been this good with this superb omelet recipe! Eggs are tossed with cheese, garlic, and made creamy with milk, for a rich meal.

Ingredients
For Egg Mixture:
- 2eggs
- 1½tbspmilk
- 1tspsalt
- 1tsppepper
- 1tspcayenne pepper
- 1tsppaprika
For Toppings:
- 5cheddar cheese blocks
- 3gouda blocks
- 7salami blocks
- 1tbspgarlic,minced
- 2tbsponion,diced
- ketchup,optional
To Prepare:
- 1tbspolive oil
- 2tortillas

Set up a bowl on the counter, and crack 2 eggs into it. To this, add the milk, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Whisk the ingredients until they form a mixture.

Warm a small pan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of either butter or olive oil. Once the pan is hot, pour the egg mixture into it.

Cut cheeses and salami into 5x5x5-mm cubes. The ratio from cheese to salami should be around 2:1.

Add the garlic and onion into the pan. After the garlic and onion have cooked for a bit, add the cheese and salami into the pan. Continue to cook everything, until the egg is completely cooked, and the cheese is melted.

Set up a tortilla on a plate, and place the cooked omelet onto it.

Squirt a little ketchup onto the omelets, but donāt smother it, if desired. Place a second tortilla over the omelette.

Cut into halves, serve, and enjoy!
