Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites Recipe

How To Make Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

An addicting combination of sweet chocolate and nutty peanut butter makes up these tasty pretzel bites! Whip up a sweet batch in just under one hour.

Ingredients

  • 1cupcreamy peanut butter
  • 2tbspunsalted butter,softened to room temperature
  • ½cupconfectioner’s sugar
  • ¾cuplight brown sugar,packed
  • 60pretzels
  • 8ozBakers semi-sweet chocolate bars,(2 bars), coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a medium-size bowl, mix together the peanut butter and butter with a spoon. Stir in the sugars until a thick dough forms.

  3. Roll the peanut butter dough into 30 small balls. If it is too sticky, add more powdered sugar. Sandwich the balls between two pretzels and place on a prepared baking sheet.

  4. Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes.

  5. Melt the chopped chocolate for about 1 minute in the microwave, stopping and stirring every 20 seconds.

  6. Dip the pretzel bites halfway into the melted chocolate and place the bite back on a baking sheet.

  7. Refrigerate the dipped bites for at least 10 minutes for chocolate to set.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
