How To Make Easter Egg Rolo Pretzels

Make Easter more colorful with our cute Easter Egg Rolo Pretzels recipe made with salted mini pretzels, topped with colored candies and toasted coconuts!

Ingredients

  • 24minisquare pretzels
  • 24Rolo chocolate candies,unwrapped
  • bagpastel-colored Sixlets chocolate candies,unwrapped
  • cupscoconut,sweetened, toasted, very lightly crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Place 24 pretzels in a single layer on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.

  2. Top each pretzel with one Rolo candy in the center of a pretzel. Place the Rolo-lined pretzels in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from the oven and gently press three Sixlets candies into the center of each melted Rolo. Gently press toasted coconut around edges of melted Rolo.

  4. Place the completed Rolo pretzels in the freezer for 5 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

  5. Carefully remove the pretzels from wax paper, or use a butter knife to remove the bottom. Store in an airtight container.
