This red wine and balsamic marinade is excellent for all kinds of meat and chicken preparations. It gives the meat and other dishes a rich smokey flavor that compliments the grilled taste on the meat.

  • 1 cup red wine
  • cup olive oil, Extra-virgin
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp rosemary, fresh, (chopped and mixed with oregano)
  • 1 tsp oregano, fresh
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whisk until evenly incorporated.

  2. Place your desired meat in the bowl and chill for hours or overnight to marinate the meat.
