How To Make Pork Chop Marinade

Ingredients
- ½cupolive oil
- ¼cuplemon juice,freshly squeezed
- 1tbspgarlic,minced
- ¼cupbalsamic vinegar
- ¼cupsoy sauce
- ¼cupWorcestershire sauce
- ⅓cupbrown sugar
- 2tspdried Italian seasoning
- 1tbspDijon mustard
- 2tspkosher salt
- 1tspblack pepper
Instructions

Place the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, mustard, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl or resealable gallon sized bag.

If using a bowl, whisk to combine.

If using a bag, seal the bag, then shake to combine everything.

Add 2 to 3 pounds of pork chops, then marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours.
