Ingredients
- 2 cups ale
- 1¼ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- steak, (2 to 8 oz), cut of your choice
For Serving:
- 2 oz potato fries
- 2 oz mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Marinate your steak of choice in the ale for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Do not marinate overnight.
- Thoroughly combine brown sugar, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grease with cooking spray.
- Remove the steak from the ale and rub the sugar mixture onto both sides.
