Cheesy Broccoli Salmon Casserole Recipe

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 ½ cups rice cooked
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 salmon
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli pre-cut


  1. In a non-stick skillet, sauté the onion in butter.

  2. Stir in the rice, egg and mayonnaise. Add in the salmon.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish.

  4. Top it off with Parmesan cheese and broccoli.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes and serve.
