Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 pound of chicken, beef, or tofu
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.

Place the chicken, beef, or tofu in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the marinade covers the protein thoroughly.

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
