How To Make Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ginger paste, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the ginger marinade over them. Massage the bag to evenly coat the chicken. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a grill or a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill/skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
