How To Make Asian Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce.

Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated.

Allow the salmon to marinate for 10 minutes.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

While the salmon is baking, toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.

Serve the cooked salmon topped with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
