Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

  2. Place the pork chops in a large zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.

  4. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. Remove from the grill and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
