- 2 cups milk, (16 ounces)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, (1 can)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Combine the milk and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly. Once the milk starts to steam, turn off the heat.
