How To Make Chicken Fajita Dip
Dunk your nibbles into this chicken fajita dip recipe. A dip made with rich cream cheese, savory chicken, and bright salsa. It’s the ultimate dip for your snacks!
Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 lb tomato salsa, prepared and pureed
- 1Âľ cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- ÂĽ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 oz tomatoes, fresh, chopped, seeded
- 1 oz pickled jalapenos, slices
- 1 oz black olive, pitted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine taco seasoning and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and spread it in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of chicken then add a layer of salsa on top. Top it off with shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the chicken is warmed through.
- Sprinkle with cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, and olives. Serve with some crispy tortilla chips
