Ingredients

  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream, fat-free tastes good
  • 1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1 onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 cup fat-free refried beans

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a rectangular glass dish.
  2. Pour the salsa over this layer.
  3. Continue layering with all ingredients.
  4. Top with fat-free sour cream.
