Ingredients
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream, fat-free tastes good
- 1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp ripe olives, chopped
- 1 cup fat-free refried beans
Instructions
- Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a rectangular glass dish.
- Pour the salsa over this layer.
- Continue layering with all ingredients.
- Top with fat-free sour cream.
