  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.

  4. Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
