How To Make Slow Cooker Boneless Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and black pepper.

Place the pork chops in the slow cooker and spoon some of the sauce over them.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the pork chops are tender.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
