How To Make Balsamic Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
