  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook sausages according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just cooked.

  4. Warm flour tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds.

  5. To assemble, divide scrambled eggs, cooked sausages, shredded cheese, and green onions among the tortillas.

  6. Fold the ends of the tortillas to make a burrito and serve with salsa, if desired.
