How To Make Flatbread
A delicious and versatile flatbread that can be served as an appetizer or a main course.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried herbs (such as oregano or thyme)
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sliced vegetables, or cooked meat
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the olive oil and warm water to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the flatbreads one at a time, for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

While the flatbreads are still warm, brush them with minced garlic and sprinkle with dried herbs.

Serve the flatbreads as is or add optional toppings like shredded cheese, sliced vegetables, or cooked meat.
