Easy Ham, Tomato and Avocado Wraps Recipe

This healthy and easy wraps recipe makes the perfect finger food! For a bit more flavor, drizzle the wraps with balsamic vinegar instead of plain oil. For more servings, cut the wraps into thirds or fourths, rather than just in half.

How To Make Easy Ham, Tomato and Avocado Wraps

  • 5 roma tomatoes (medium-sized)
  • 5 tbsp red onion (chopped)
  • 2 ½ avocados
  • 5 corn tortillas (8-inch)
  • 25 slices ham steak
  • 1 ¼ cups spinach
  • 2 ½ tsp. oil
  1. Chop the tomatoes and avocados. Prepare the chopped onion in a separate bowl.
  2. Divide the ham equally between each tortilla and top with equal portions of the vegetables.
  3. Drizzle the wraps with oil.
  4. Fold the wrap and cut in half to serve.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz tomatoes, preferably Roma’s, chopped
  • 3 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • avocados, chopped
  • 3 corn tortillas , or flour tortillas, 8-inch
  • 15 slices cooked ham, roughly 11½ oz total
  • cups arugula
  • ¾ cup Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack, or Mexican cheese of your choice
  • sour cream, to serve
  • tomato salsa, to serve

Instructions

  1. Divide the ham equally between each tortilla and top with equal portions of the vegetables & cheese.

  2. Fold the wrap and cut in half to serve.

  3. Serve together with sour cream & tomato salsa.
