How To Make Veggie Protein Chilli

Ingredients
- 2 cups of vegetable protein crumbles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped green onions, sour cream
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the vegetable protein crumbles and cook until browned.

Stir in the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve the Veggie Protein Chilli hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
