How To Make Rah Rah’s Taco Salad Recipe

A zesty and flavorful taco salad made with ground beef, veggies, and taco seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.

  2. Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Stir to combine.

  3. Add the black beans, corn, red onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until veggies are tender.

  4. In a large bowl, mix the shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.

  5. Add the beef and veggie mixture on top of the lettuce and tomatoes.

  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  7. Drizzle salsa and sour cream over the salad.

  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
