Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup white onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 32 oz frozen broccoli, chopped
- 20 oz cheddar cheese soup, (two 10 oz cans)
- 24 oz evaporated milk, (two 12 oz cans)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
To Serve:
- cheddar cheese, as desired
- parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter and sautee onions over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Place all ingredients (except cheddar cheese) in a crockpot.

Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve with cheddar cheese on top and garnished with parsley.
