How To Make Peanut Butter Chili
This peanut butter chili is a unique and satisfying combination of peanut butter, diced tomatoes, and beans, all simmered in a sweet and salty sauce.

Ingredients
- 14½oztomatoes,(1 can), diced
- ½cupwater
- 3garlic cloves,minced
- 2bay leaves
- ½tspcayenne pepper,or to taste
- 1tspchili powder
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- 15ozblack beans,(1 can), rinsed and drained
- 15ozkidney beans,(1 can), rinsed and drained
- ⅓cupcreamy peanut butter
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- 2cupstortilla chips
Instructions

Place the diced tomatoes, water, garlic, and bay leaves into a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over high heat.

Reduce the heat to medium-low, and season with the cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, pour in the black beans and kidney beans. Return to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the peanut butter until dissolved. Remove and discard the bay leaves, and season the chili with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips, and enjoy!
