- ¼medium onion
- 1large carrot
- 2celery stalks
- 14ozHillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage,1 package, diagonally cut into ¼-inch slices
- ½cupketchup
- 1½tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 2tbspdark brown sugar
- 6cheddar cheese slices
- 6brioche,or hamburger buns
Instructions

Cut the onion, carrot and celery into equal-sized pieces, then pulse them in a food processor until finely chopped.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, then cook the smoked sausage until brown.

Add the onion, carrot and celery, then cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
