How To Make Salmon and Lobster Pasta
This delectable lobster pasta also topped with flaky salmon makes the perfect lunch meal! Whip this up in just under an hour for a tasteful meal.

Ingredients
- 1lobster tail
- 4ozsalmon fillet,1 fillet
- 1large shallot
- 1tbspfresh thyme
- 2tbspblackened spice
- 1ozfettuccine
- 3cupsheavy cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut the lobster tail down the top center, then pull lobster meat from the shell. Place the lobster on a sheet pan.

Place the salmon fillet on the same sheet pan, skin side-up.

Transfer to the oven, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the lobster meat is opaque.

Mince the shallots, then place them in a sauce pan with thyme and blackened spices. Sweat for 5 minutes.

Add the heavy cream, then reduce.

In a different pot, boil the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.

Add the cooked pasta to the cream sauce, mix together, and plate them.

Place the cooked salmon on top of the pasta, then place the lobster on top of the salmon.

Pour the remaining sauce over the seafood and pasta.
