How To Make Mango and Goat Cheese Salad

  • 2 mangoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 2 cups baby greens
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pepper (to taste)
  1. Chop the mangos and put them in a large bowl.

  2. Crumble the goat cheese and add to the mangoes.

  3. Gently mix the baby greens and sweet onion with the mangos and cheese.

  4. Drizzle the lemon juice over top and garnish with pepper to taste before serving.
