  • 2 mangoes, chopped
  • ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 oz sweet onion, (white), thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Gently mix the greens, sweet onion, and mangoes.
  2. Combine the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl and whisk.
  3. Drizzle the dressing to your mixed greens and mangoes and gently toss to combine.
