How To Make Roasted Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
- 1½lbspotatoescut into 1-inch cubes
- 1lbcarrotspeeled
- 1oniondiced
- 3tbspolive oil
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- salt and pepperto taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into large chunks, approximately the same size.

Toss the potatoes, carrots and onions with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
